Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Rex from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Rex homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Rex crews mean project start dates aren't pushed out by weeks like out-of-area contractors.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
Architectural shingles, metal panels, and impact-rated options are all explained in plain terms.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Rex Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Rex homeowners can match budget to durability.
For Rex homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Rex roof running cooler and drier.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
Crew leads arrive with the equipment needed for a full property assessment.
Material options and pricing tiers are laid out clearly so you can decide with full information.
Final walkthrough happens before we consider your Roof Replacement project complete.
Full tear-off and reroof, three days start to finish, and the yard was spotless after.
